1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the js9 online gaming platform, including all services, games, promotions, and features available at js9.lat. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered user) and js9. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permissible under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account with js9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. js9 maintains a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are registering only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent suspension.
• All personal information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using js9 solely for personal recreational purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an js9 employee. Employees and their immediate families may not hold player accounts.

js9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill) at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your js9 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must keep your password confidential and must not share access to your account with any other person.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to a safe platform, js9 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. You may be asked to submit a copy of your government-issued photo ID, a recent bank statement, or a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad transaction history. KYC verification ensures that your funds are protected and enables us to process withdrawals without unnecessary delay.

Account Closure

js9 may suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, that has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, or that has been associated with fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour. In such cases, js9 reserves the right to retain any bonus winnings and, where applicable, outstanding real-money balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on js9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank
• International card payments via Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuer availability)
• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of request.

Withdrawal Processing Times

bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank. js9 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

js9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 20% towards the rollover requirement. js9 reserves the right to void bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements artificially.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within 7 days of the bonus being credited to your account unless a different validity period is explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

js9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or special offer at any time and without prior notice. This includes the right to amend wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and withdrawal caps applicable to a given promotion.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on js9. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automation tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to launder money or use js9 as a conduit for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information in live games, or manipulate betting markets in any way.
